HOW TO USE THE CURL SECRET OPTIMUM
The Curl Secret is a new type of styling tool & works differently to anyother curling stylers you may have used in the past.
It is essential you read these Operating instructions before use.

IMPORTANT:
Hair that has been heavily bleached or chemically treated should only use thelow heat setting on this product. Please consult your hairdresser on usingheated appliances if you have any concerns about the condition ofyour hair.

SLEEP MODE
If the appliance is not in use for more than 20 minutes, the temperature willautomatically reduce to around 150°C. If you wish to continue using theappliance after this time, simply close then release the handles & theappliance will return to the temperature setting previously selected.

AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF
This appliance has an automatic shut off feature for added safety. If theappliance is switched on for more than 60 minutes continuously, it willautomatically switch off. If you wish to continue using the appliance after thistime, simply press “ ” button again to turn the power on.

The appliance is fitted with a protection system. If hair becomes tangled, theappliance emits an audible signal, it blocks & stops heating. If thisoccurs, release the handles, ensuring that the appliance & section of hairare correctly positioned, then simply reclose the handles to deactivate thesecurity system & re-start the appliance.

Due to the high level of demand we kindly ask that customers be patient with us and to expect that orders will take longer than usual to be dispatched during Level 3.

Heavy and Bulky Goods

Please allow an extra 1-3 days for heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks.

New Zealand Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $4.90 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $50-$60 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
