Woolbabe: Summer Merino/Organic Cotton Sleeping Bag - Pebble (2-4 Years)

Our Woolbabe merino/cotton blend sleeping bags are our biggest selling, mostluxurious bag…we thought we couldn't make them any better yet here they arenow made using Organic Cotton!

Our summer Woolbabe sleeping bag is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for thewarmer months. it can be used from about 24 to 32 degree room temperature,just by varying the clothing inside the bag.

It is made from 1 layer of gorgeous 30% super fine merino/70% soft organiccotton blend fabric. This beautifully soft fabric is knitted specially forWoolbabe! It is suitable for babies with eczema or sensitive skin, as it is sosoft and does not feel at all woolly or scratchy.

The combination of wool and organic cotton offers the best of both worlds,providing a light cover for your child in warmer conditions. These conditionsare often more difficult to gauge what your child should sleep in. The woolcomponent still provides the qualities which react to changes in bodytemperatures, keeping baby at a constant body temperature, which encourageseveryone to have a good nights sleep.

The 30% merino content also means the summer woolbabe is excellent formoisture absoprtion. The bag will remain comfortable even if baby is a littlesweaty or has a leaky nappy. Compare this to the cold, clammy feeling of 100%cotton!

The Front Zip means you open out the bag down the front, with no domes toundo. We love the ease of a front-zip bag! They are also far better fortoddlers, as they are less escape proof (older babies and toddlers can learn to‘pop’ open bags with shoulder domes).

Fabric:

• One summer weight layer of 30% Australian merino/ 70% organic cotton.
• The weight is similar to a light T-shirt.

Travel slot:

• This woolbabe can be used in your buggy with a 5-pointharness. It has adouble-ended zip on the front and a travel slot in the back of the bag.

Sizes:

• Toddler size to fit children 2–4 yrs (from approx 12kg)
• Bag measures shoulder to bottom) – approx 115cm
• For children who are in size 2 clothing upwards.

Fire Labelling:

• All Woolbabe sleeping bags have been tested and rated CAUTION – KEEP AWAYFROM HEAT & FLAME.

Washing Instructions:

• Woolbabe sleeping bags can be gentle machine washed with a liquid woolwash.You can also low tumbe dry your bag but please be aware some shrinkage may occurwith tumble drying.
• We recommend drying immediately after washing by either hanging flat or lowtumble drying.

Delivery Times

Due to the high level of demand we kindly ask that customers be patient with us and to expect that orders will take longer than usual to be dispatched during Level 3. 

Due to the significant increase in the number of parcels being sent around New Zealand at present and additional safety procedures in place for COVID-19, NZ Post is experiencing some delivery delays. Please allow an additional 5 working days after dispatch for delivery of your order.

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using NZ Post's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than these 5 working days after dispatch.

Heavy and Bulky Goods

Please allow an extra 1-3 days for heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks.

New Zealand Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $4.90 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $50-$60 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
