• Please note – Measurements are taken when garments are laid flat. Areassuch as chest, waist, armhole and hips are calculated at twice the width to getthe full measurement

All Woolbabe Sleeping Bags have underarm snaps for a better fit when youstart using a sleeping bag.

Choose the correct size Woolbabe Sleeping bag or sleepwear item for your babynow. Choosing to purchase a size that is too big for your baby puts them at riskof it not fitting safely. If you're worried that you'll only get a few months ofuse, keep in mind that Woolbabe sleeping bags are generously sized and are thelongest baby sleeping bags on the market. We often get positive feedback fromparents that their 2 year olds are still using their 3–24 month size Woolbabesleeping bag comfortably and haven't yet outgrown it.

Care Instructions:

• Gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water with liquid wool wash forbest durability
• Airing your Woolbabe item daily will reduce how often it needs tobe washed
• Do not hot wash
• Do not rub, soak or bleach
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low immediately – Do not leave wet in yourmachine
• Please note some shrinkage may occur with tumble drying. Not all dryers havea low enough temperature setting. Please check your machines specs beforechoosing this option.

Delivery Times

Due to the high level of demand we kindly ask that customers be patient with us and to expect that orders will take longer than usual to be dispatched during Level 3. 

Due to the significant increase in the number of parcels being sent around New Zealand at present and additional safety procedures in place for COVID-19, NZ Post is experiencing some delivery delays. Please allow an additional 5 working days after dispatch for delivery of your order.

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using NZ Post's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than these 5 working days after dispatch.

Heavy and Bulky Goods

Please allow an extra 1-3 days for heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks.

New Zealand Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $4.90 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $50-$60 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
