Muscle & Stress Spray

• Packed with natural deeply penetrating essential oils selected for theirpowerful ability to release tension and fatigue in your body.
• Spray directly onto sore aching muscles to relieve aching andtightness.
• Travel size, easy to fit inside your purse, to use when you are tense, orafter strenuous exercise.
• Application:
  • Spray directly on muscle soreness, persistent muscle aches, strains, andstiffness. Spray on soles of feet to soothe coughing.

Muscle & Stress Massage Oil

• Rich in highly concentrated vitamins and minerals that moisturise and sootheskin irritations.
• Provides gentle friction and excellent glide for a deep massage.
• Oil blend noted for its antioxidant and nourishing properties.
• Application:
  • Bath: Fill bath with enough warm water to cover your body so you can relax.Pour bath & body oil into the water and stir well to mix. Soak in theoil-infused water for 10 to 15 minutes to reap the maximum benefits of theessential oils. Towel dry pat rather than wipe to avoid removing allthe oils.
  • Massage: Pour into the palm of your hand, rub hands together in circularmotions to warm. Apply as required.

• Application:
  • In the bath: Sprinkle bath salts into a warm bath. Allow salts to dissolve,then soak in the tub for about 20 minutes.
  • In the shower: To enjoy the aromatherapy benefits of Muscle & Stressbath salts, sprinkle some bath salts along the floor of your shower. When thehot water and steam hit the bath salts, they’ll dissolve, creating a personalaromatherapy sauna just for you.
  • For exfoliation: To gently exfoliate and soften your skin, combine 1/2 cupbath salts with Muscle & Stress Massage and Body oil. In circular motions,gently scrub trouble spots like elbows and knees, or bottoms of the feet.
  • For a foot soak: In a foot bath or a large tub, sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 cup bathsalts (or as required) into warm water. Soak your feet and relax, allowing thebath salts to gently soften your skin. Perfect for a home pedicure.

Delivery Times

Due to the high level of demand we kindly ask that customers be patient with us and to expect that orders will take longer than usual to be dispatched during Level 3. 

Due to the significant increase in the number of parcels being sent around New Zealand at present and additional safety procedures in place for COVID-19, NZ Post is experiencing some delivery delays. Please allow an additional 5 working days after dispatch for delivery of your order.

We encourage you to track your delivery progress using NZ Post's Tracking tool and contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than these 5 working days after dispatch.

Heavy and Bulky Goods

Please allow an extra 1-3 days for heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks.

New Zealand Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $4.90 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $50-$60 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
