Charge for 2.5–3 hours (2V) with supplied charging cable before first use. The LED red light will turn blue when fully charged.Note: The Volumising Hot Brush cannot be used while charging. Ensure hair is clean, dry and knotless with a Lady Jayne detangling brush before styling.3\. Turn Volumising Hot Brush on, by pressing the Power / Temperature Button ( ‘D’ ) for 3 seconds.4\. Use the same button to select the temperature best suited for your hair.5\. Section hair between 4–5cm in width and clip to allow for easy styling.6\. Begin with front sections working your way to the back sections by moderately stretching each section with your free hand while using your dominant hand to place the Volumising Hot Brush pointing upwards at an angle at the root to wrap half of hair section around the barrel for 6–8 secs.7\. Brush SLOWLY to naturally unravel section and brush until end of section is reached.8\. To create lift at the crown, place the Volumising Hot Brush at the root horizontally and wrap hair around the barrel and hold for 6–8 secs then unwind.9\. For a more textured natural look, alternate your styling direction with each section.10\. After use, turn your Volumising Hot Brush off by pressing the Power button.11\. After every brush, for next-use convenience, insert charging cable. Once LED lights have turned white remove charging cord.12\. Allow Volumising Hot Brush to cool before storing in velvet pouch provided.

Please note we have a $68-$98 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout.  

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
