The pretty, round Chatham Island Black Robin is a tiny miracle. In the early80s it was the world’s rarest bird – the population was down to a singleegg-laying female. A successful breeding programme turned it around and theworld cheered as it came back from certain extinction. While the Black Robin isstill desperately rare, the population now sits at 250–300 birds. We can’tsing the praises of this lovely songbird enough. It deserves to be honoured inyour backyard.

New Zealand Delivery Rates

We charge a flat rate of $4.90 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. 

Please note we have a $50-$60 rate for shipping heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks which will be calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
